  • House is a genre of electronic dance music. It was created by disc jockeys and music producers from Chicago's underground club culture in the early and mid 1980s, as DJs from the subculture began altering disco dance tracks to give them a more mechanical beat and deeper basslines. As well, these DJs began to mix synth pop, rap, Latin music, and even jazz into their tracks.





    Η μουσική είναι είδος ηλεκτρονικής χορευτικής μουσικής, που χαρακτηρίζεται από έναν επαναλαμβανόμενο ρυθμό «φορ-ον-δε-φλορ» (όπως στην ντίσκο) και συνήθως τέμπο 120 έως 130 κτύπους ανά λεπτό. Δημιουργήθηκε από DJs και μουσικούς παραγωγούς από την «υπόγεια» κουλτούρα των κλαμπ του Σικάγου τη δεκαετία του 1980, καθώς DJs άρχισαν να τροποποιούν τραγούδια της ντίσκο για να τους προσδώσουν ένα πιο μηχανικό μπητ και βαθύτερα μπάσα.

Назву одержав від чиказького клубу Warehouse, де діджей Френкі Наклз поєднав класичне диско з європейським синт-попом, додавши до них власні ритми за допомогою драм-машини Roland 909. Багато експертів клубної музики вважають, що найперший хаус-трек написав Джес Сандрес, і називалася ця композиція «On and on tracks».

  • Το Συνθεσάιζερ είναι ένα ηλεκτρονικό μουσικό όργανο που παράγει σήματα ήχου. Οι ήχοι του παράγονται με μεθόδους που περιλαμβάνουν την αφαιρετική σύνθεση, την προσθετική σύνθεση, σύνθεση με διαμόρφωση συχνότητας και την παραμόρφωση φάσης.     There are plenty of sans-serif fonts available these days, yet designers are constantly seeking fresh options. They’re always after new takes on classic forms, new details, and an updated overall aesthetic. You might think this doesn’t make much of a difference, but it really does. That’s where Matter comes in. First drawn in June 2015, it has since been used in numerous projects. Matter is a grotesque typeface with a subtle, warm touch, thanks to its lively forms and diagonal terminals. Even the vertical terminals have a slight angle, adding character where you might not expect it.

    Matter drew on the following for inspiration; Akzidenz-Grotesk (1896 Berthold Type Foundry), Theinhardt (2009 François Rappo), Classic Grotesque (1926 Frank Hinman Pierpont), Neuzeit Grotesk (1928 Wilhelm Pischner), Helvetica (1957 Max Miedinger & Eduard Hoffmann), Unica (Team ’77), Futura (1927 Paul Renner) and Avenir (1988 Adrian Frutiger). A mix of these influences and many more can be found here.
